The Nisshoku-Gumi employs a semi-modified yakuza family structure. All ranks and holders are described below.
Oyabun.
Lunae Kaneshiro.
is the leader or boss of the family and all fostered businesses. The term itself is derived from the Japanese words "oya," meaning parent, and "bun," meaning role or position.
Salem Valentine and Cassidy Ironclaw.
(Senior advisor) this is a senior advisor to the Oyabun, aka, their “right hand”, when it comes to decisions and business. Most of the administration is handled by these advisers, with help from specialists such as the Saiko-Komon and Shateigashira.
Wakagashira.
Saiko-komon.
Kairi Narumi.
The Saiko-Komon sees to it that the Oyabun's and Wakagashira's orders are carried out correctly by the Shateigashira and members of the family.

Business leaders of Nisshoku-Gumi. They oversee the separate divisions of the family and report to the Saiko-Komon and Wakagashira.

Void RP and Occult RP will operate under the Masquerade, a tenet of five core rules that must be followed in addition to the Yakuza code for members of Nisshoku-gumi. These are as follows and are subject to change at any given point:As a being of otherworldly power you are responsible for communication with the family given your current or intended interest in Voidsent or the Occult at all times both OOCLY and ICLY.At this current time:
The Nisshoku-Gumi only accepts characters that are YOKAI or otherworldly in nature via case-by-case review. (This includes alts)If and when the nature of your character changes, it is your responsibility to notify storytellers OOC'ly so that fair adaptations are made for the community.Any individuals dealing with the void are welcome to be allied with the family granted that they follow the rules of the Masquerade while in the present company of the family's domain. This is subject to change.As of 12/3/2023, there shall only be one yokai character per person within the Free Company. Any and all present before this date will be 'grandfathered' into this standing.
Your usage of the Occult abilities should never be showcased in such a way that brings trouble or removes our cover and subtlety within the family.
Your actions as an otherworldly entity will not disrupt or ruin the harmony of the family as a whole. Intended or vengeful violence without provocation, fornication with your brother’s spouse or lover, endangering the family as a whole, or giving freely or exposing our secrets to outsiders will not be tolerated.
You will not make your family members into your followers, worshippers, foodstocks, or harem enthralled beings as there is no collective greater than the family itself.
Without the expressed approval of using your abilities, you will refrain and operate under the masquerade without disagreement.
Being ‘ill equipped’ or having ‘your means of protection’ being solely tied to these arts or state of being is no excuse.
